We’re looking for an “Agency Operations Manager” who has qualifications listed below and will work for Antur.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Tourism Agency Companies,
- Good command of English, both written & spoken,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
- You have strong cross functional project management and follow-up skills,
- You’re a talented problem solver with a “can-do attitude”,
- You’re a real multi-tasker who can handle ambiguity in a confident and agile manner,
What Will You Achieve?
- Strong commercial awareness with operations, sales and business development,
- Responsible for ticketing, accommodation, visa departments,
- Management of digital transformation project (B2B Platform for sales and operation),
- Operation management,
- Manage and develop portfolio,
- Determining future needs and team planning
- Monitoring the performance management and development of systems
- Manage and control key KPI metrics
- Assist Marketing/Sales teams with content reviews and suggestions for future improvements.
