İŞ TANIMI
- Securing highest level of technical support to internal customers of multi-disciplinary teams through continuous communication and periodical visits.
- Expert on product configuration, price calculation and order processing of all product range and relevant components.
- Engineering work for modernization projects - from scratch to offer phase, data collection through network and site visits when needed.
- Take a leadership position while providing support to claim management in technical work process
- Bridge function between internal customers and suppliers of both local and international business partners
- Regular reporting of high frequency product failure cases according to the Schindler's operational norms.
- Following quality journals to be up-to-date with product quality issues of different markets
