JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing the technical customer service and advisory relationships with customers
- Giving technical recommendations to customers based on the needs
- Training customers regarding the digital solution products
- Managing technical support in claims handling
- Cooperation and technical interface with production companies
- Being responsible for the customer visits including preparation and follow-up (claim and complaint handling, clarification of technical issues, product, and application advisory)
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in industrial/mechanical engineering
- Excellent command in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Capability of problem solving, good communication skills, team orientated
- Knowledge about CAD programmes
- Experience in production atmosphere is an asset
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Able to travel abroad
