QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • BS or MS in Computer, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience and knowledge of application operation
  • Knowledge on PostgreSQL, Oracle, Unix operating system
  • Java, SQL, Postman, SoapUI, XML and WSDL knowledge and experience
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools is plus
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • ITIL Process Knowledge and certification is plus
  • UAT experience is plus
  • Knowledge in technical documentation process
  • Good command of written and spoken English


JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful new joiner will be a member of a team, which enables him/her to improve his/her technical and personal competencies.

He/she will be responsible for:

  • Deliver L1 and/or L2 application operation in line with SLA/KPI
  • Establish operating procedures where necessary
  • Managing customer interactions effectively with personal and technical manner
  • Analyzing data structures and developing scripts for data manipulation in systems
  • Deep down investigation, identifying the root causes of problems and resolving effectively
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Track and report issues
