QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Application Specialist " with the following qualifications for our global and multinational client operating in biotechnology industry, one of the world's leading companies.
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in biochemistry, biology, biyoteknoloji, molecular biology, chemical engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience (Field implementation and training specialist experience or related experience).
- Familiarity with and understanding of Tissue platforms, specifically those utilizing the digital solutions, experience will be preferred
- At least Upper Intermediate level of English
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Located or can be located in İstanbul Asian Side
- Customer support experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willing to travel in Turkey and abroad
Job Description:
- Supporting company's products within the framework of the task distribution planned by the manager in the region it is affiliated with and in other regions when deemed necessary,
-To provide training to company and Dealer personnel and laboratory staff on device and reagent use,
-To direct questions and requests from customers or dealers regarding the application of kits or devices in areas other than the instructions for use to the Medical Unit,
- Solving application-related problems in systems by telephone support, remote access or on-site visits,
-To make periodic customer visits in order to monitor the performance of the systems and customer satisfaction,
-Up-to-date reporting of the details of the activities (telephone support, training, problem solving, customer visits, etc.) to the CRM (Rexis etc.) software, preparing an Implementation Report for field activities,
-To update the systems in the field in line with these notifications, by following the bulletins published on systems and reagents,
-Examine, analyze and resolve application-related performance problems related to reagents.
-To provide technical consultancy about our products
-To ensure that the problematic reagents are duly replaced, charged and returned, and to arrange the necessary forms for this process,
-Performing scheduled customer demos,
-Participating in meetings, projects and workshops organized on matters related to the field of expertise when needed, and giving support.
