RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for accurately and timely posting all purchase and sales invoices.
- Booking all kinds of invoices in accordance with uniform accounting policies and reconciliation of responsible accounts.
- Responsible for analyzing and reporting of accounts.
- Responsible for booking all expense reports.
- Manage to control all outsiders (Vendors/Customers) and respond to inquiries
- Assist in month-end closing
- Monitor credit limits.
- Seek continual improvement in all operational areas of responsibility;
- Working in conjunction with other departments to improve the work environment;
- Ability to manage both manual and automated situation.
- Ensure high quality accounting and administrative support within the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation from Business Administration, Economics or similar faculties.
- Minimum 3 years accounting, tax experience preferably combined with a Business Degree in Economics
3-4 years experience on local chart of accounts, financial statement and tax declaration subjects
- Good numerical, presentation and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office application (especially Excel)
Team player , strong multitasking skills
