QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Otomotiv , elektrikli cihaz, Beyaz Eşya ve elektronik pazarında kullanılmak üzere özel kablo bağlantı parçaları ve konnektörler üreten, Türkiye de Pazar lideri olan Türkiye işletmemize AR-GE Departmanında değerlendirilmek üzere aşağıda ki özelliklere sahip "AR-GE Mühendisi" arayışımız bulunmaktadır.
GENERAL PROPERTIES
- Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering,
- CAD knowledge is a must,(Preferably Autodesk Inventor),
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
- Preferably having a basic understanding of Plastic raw materials for injection molding,
- Prefrably having a basic understanding of Plastic and Sheet metal tool design,
- Preferably having a basic understanding of UL and IEC EN standards,
- Prefrably having experience in Project management,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is essential,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Analytical minded, open to change, creative and solution oriented,
- Having conflict resolution, team building and good communication skills.
JOB DEFINITION
- Responsible for New Product projects,
- Preparing technical drawings and 3D models,
- Organizing prototype manufacturing,
- Performing related tests and approvals,
- Project Management and new product implementation,
- Improving performance of current products,
- Leading cost reduction and quality improvement projects.
