GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for "Senior International R&D Projects and Incentives Specialist" colleagues to be assigned to the relevant Projects in the Software Development and R&D Department for ARD GROUP INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES INC., which is among the subsidiaries of ARD GROUP HOLDING Inc., which operates in many sectors, develops enterprise software in different fields and is among the largest system and e-transformation integrators in the sector.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in national/international R&D funding programs (TUBITAK-TEYDEB, Horizon 2020/Europe, Era-Net, Eureka Clusters, etc.)
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management at national/international R&D funding programs (TUBITAK-TEYDEB, Horizon 2020/Europe, Era-Net, Eureka Clusters, etc.)
· Experience in working with academicians and TTOs within the scope of university-industry collaboration
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Experience in leading international client meetings and negotiatings for the project
· Candidate will be able to present his/her work as a reference
· Good command of MS Office (MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.)
· Experienced in EU Projects and Software Development processes,
· Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
· Following R&D related national/international laws, legislations, funds and grants
· Analytical minded, innovative, result-oriented and good at teamwork
· Open to innovation culture, flexible and open to new perspectives,
· Taking an active role in the determination of R&D strategies of the company
· Ability to multitask and capable of managing multiple priorities
· No restriction for travelling in and out of the country
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
· Technical interview will be held in English.
