QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electonics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years Experience
• Experience on electrical motors alternators is a plus
• Experience on implementing the product development process
• Experience on Project Management ( MS Project is an advantage)
• Ability to initiate and lead large scale processes to completion.
• Strong leadership and ownership.
• Proactive, motivated individual with work ethic and goal-oriented approach.

Job Description

• Lead R&D projects to support business goals.
• Assess the scope of projects and ensure they are on time and within budget.
• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
• Document all phases of R&D processes
• Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in-process and finished products.
• Manage trial or testing programs for products/services
• Mentor a team of research staff, support to increase personal development
• Monitor and resarch on new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes into and out of the company.
