GENEL NİTELİKLER
Qualification
- University degree from a four-year study program (Preferably in Fine Arts Design and Architecture Faculty)
- Min. 3+ years of experience in a similar position (Prior knowledge of Retail industry would be preferable)
- Very good command of written and spoken English,
- Strong experience and knowledge of AutoCAD,
- Competency in Microsoft Office Programs,
- Analytical thinking and excellent organizational skills,
- Being result-oriented,
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, being pro-active and fast for all the processes,
- Able to work flexible working-hours if necessary,
- No obstacles to travel,
- No military obligation for male candidates
Job Description
- Planning and implementing all Madame Coco store openings/remodels/ relocations according to global guidelines and local development plans,
- Managing process of store design approvals by communicating with management office of related shopping center,
- Interior and exterior architectural store planning for the whole brands,
- Creating and monitoring procurement budget and cost plan, keep up-to-date file with investment budget for ongoing and completed projects,
- Ensuring coordination and effective working process between the department and the other relevant departments
