QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are an İstanbul based architectural company which specialized in retail design. We are looking for architects/interior designers who will work in our İstanbul and İzmir offices.
Position description:
Basicly you will be doing site inspections and feasibility studies. You will be preparing reports of the existing site with 2D,3D drawings. You will also be controlling the prepared architectural, MEP projects according to regulation. The communication in reports will be in English.
You need to have:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail construction.
- Proficient user of Revit, Autocad, Sketch up and Photoshop.
- Capacity to work in international disciplinaries.
- The ability to manage a project and solve problems at site.
- Proficient knowledge of Mall Regulations
- Fluent in English.
