We are looking for Assistant Brand Manager who has below listed competences;

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree, (preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Industrial Engineering graduates)
  • Be on the cutting-edge of trends in Cosmetics and be an early adapter
  • Aim to have a career in Brand Management field,
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in related field
  • Proficiency in English
  • Fluency in French is a plus
  • Very good use of MS Office programs
  • Team player and able to build cooperative working relationships, strong communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and strong organisation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects
  • Result-oriented,
  • No restrictions to travel
  • Able to work flexible working hours
  • No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Implementation of the brand vision and strategy to ensure the achievement of the Company and sales targets
  • Support marketing planning process in line with brand objectives and plans
  • Assist brand manager on assigned brands and execute marketing plans within allocated budget,
  • Support to manage agencies
  • Post evaluation of launches & activities
  • Coordinate the business unit relations with other cross-functional departments
  • Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, financial reports, market share trends and competitive activities
  • Preparing presentations
