ASSISTANT DESIGNER (TEMPORARY)

We are now hiring an ASSISTANT DESIGNER - 1 year contracted
Key Attributes:
- Gain understanding of working with factories to deliver right first time sample
- Support designer with collating market intelligence – collate e.g. prints, graphics and print techniques
- Gain understanding of the customer profiles, have a knowledge of the UK market
- Assist & support in the design presentation process
- Support designer from thumbnail briefing research and action Turkey options identified
- Update CAD sheets for final sign off and send to central design where needed
- Support designer for delivering artworks & CADs inline with cost structure, quality standards, critical path in conjunction with garment cads.
Knowledge &Skills & Qualifications:
- Creative and conceptual thinker
- Preferably a University Graduate
- Fluent in English – written and verbal
- Proven portfolio of relevant work
- Creative (visual) problem solver
- Good communication skills/responsive
- Attention to details
- Ability to meet deadlines
