Scotty brings together Turkey's leading brands operating in the e-commerce sector with its customers, with its secure, economical and new generation distribution approach.

We are looking for a "Assistant Recruitment Manager" who will develop new brand collaborations in and out of Istanbul in our growing customer portfolio and distribution network, analyze the needs of brands and provide appropriate solutions and opportunities.

We are waiting for candidates who want to grow, develop, learn and help distribute goodness with Scotty, one of the most important players in the start-up ecosystem!

General Qualifications

Graduated from related departments of universities,

Preferably completed a master's degree in Human Resources,

At least 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Recruitment and orientation process,

Experienced in competency-based interview and assessment center applications,

Strong thought leadership and best practices in HR, Recruiting, Performance Management, Compliance, and Talent Management/Development

Strong communication skills, successful in human relations,

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Motivation to build a “self learning organization”

Able to offer proactive and creative solutions,

High analytical thinking and decision making skills,

Able to work in a planned, detailed and process-oriented manner,

High reporting and analysis skills

Job description

Follow-up of the norm staff,

Managing employee experience; designing and executing core human resources processes; talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and learning & development

Expanding the candidate pool by actively using career portals and producing alternative methods,

Reporting weekly/monthly HR data,

Execution of end-to-end recruitment processes for the recruitment needs of the head office units and branches under its responsibility,

Planning and monitoring the orientation processes of newly recruited employees,

Suggesting new HR policies and strategies to improve candidate and employee experience,

Developing and implementing structures and projects for employees.

Analyzing trends and metrics related to the the functions of Human Resource to develop solutions, programs and policies.

Execution and reporting of the process by using measurement tools in promotion and position change processes,

Carrying out research, analysis, reporting, presentation and communication studies on human resources issues under his/her responsibility or support,
