QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Well-organized, highly motivated, and passionate about the work
• Being a good team player and having strong communication and leadership skills
• 8+ years of experience in marketing
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (especially written)
• Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
• Residing in the European side of Istanbul
• Having completed the military service (for male candidates)
• Being interested in technological and digital innovations is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

For all our brands, particularly ttec*;

• Developing and implementing short- and long-term marketing plans
• Developing projects in close collaboration with our teams such as sales and product management, as well as partnering agencies
• Managing our channels of communication (such as the web, social media, and newsletter)
• Coordinating the launch of new products with responsible teams
• Creating marketing materials, both written and visual
• Organizing attendance in local/international fairs and events
• Preparing marketing presentations and reports
