Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful and fast growing fragrance company.
As an Assistant Planning Manager your role is to be the key contributor for the resource order planning in close contact with the manufacturing team.
MAIN TASKS
- Lead the team in order to plan and monitor finished good daily productions
- Plan the workload of production according to the demand and priorities
- Ensure material supply is planned and monitored. Resolve material shortages and adjust production plan if necessary.
- Provide material supply forecasts to related departments.
- Plan Short/Mid Term production capacity
- Attend regular meetings and identify capacity constraints & material shortages, highlighting these to the business and providing contingency plans.
- KPI tracking of operations
- Building a strong and effective relationship with the Production, Demand Planning, Procurement, R&D and QC teams to ensure sustained and reliable product supply.
FORMATION / EDUCATION LEVEL:
- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent (Business administration, Economics, Engineering)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Solid analytical & communication skills
- Strong command of Microsoft tools (especially excel)
PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES:
Preferably 5+ years of supply planning experience.
