Responsibilities:

· Analysing market trends for specific markets and developing new business leads

· Maximizing hotel revenue by implementing all sales action plans related to market areas as outlined in the marketing plan

· To make the necessary preparations for CIS Market Fair, Middle East Fair, Domestic Market Fair and Group Fair participation and sales visits

· Preparing contracts for all markets and submitting to the approval of the Sales Manager

· Conducting daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels for all partners

· Participating in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business

· Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, trade shows, etc.

· Managing and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

· Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.

· Preparing daily and weekly budget reports and preparing changes in budget planning and submitting them to the approval of Sales Manager

· Able to handle operation of reservation, e-commerce, MICE and report to Sales Manager

Requirements:

· Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or related major.

· Minimum 5 years experience in the sales and marketing and 2 years experience in a similar role in luxury hotels

· Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative

· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

· Empathy towards the customers and colleagues

· Analytical thinking, solution-oriented, innovative

· Ability for market research and sales strategies

· Polished personal presentation with warm, confident and hospitable personality

· Fluency in Turkish and English (Russian is plus)
