GENEL NİTELİKLER
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering , Audiology or Audiometrist
- Good computer skills, Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Customer service/complaint handling and problem-solving skill
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be able to work as a team to gather information needed to understand and solve problems
- Willing to learn all about Cochlear İmplantation and all MED-EL products
Job Description:
- Examine and check all necessary documents and report any problems e.g. missing, carelessly filled in documents, draw attention to non-standard procedure
- Help with the COMPLAİNT procedure and follow up on all required REVİSİONS and RE-İMPLANTATİONS
- Deal with investigation results – reports to SGK and the Surgeons concerned
- Handle data carefully, showing the required sensitivity and perform simple statistics
- Carefully analyze data and prepare Exel spreadsheets
- Assist in the preparation of REPORTS and Powerpoint presentation
- Attend and later support surgeries
- Returning product related feedback to PM and R&D
- Learn about all MED-EL products (software and hardware), be able to troubleshoot these
- Be prepared and willing to assist with any other tasks required by manager
