Aon is looking for an Associate Director / Marine
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Reinsurance Solutions department in Istanbul.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Transportation, Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
- Minimum 6 years of Marine Insurance experience
- Ability to understand corporate customers’ expectations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and oral
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Hardworking, accurate, result oriented professional
- No travel disability
Job Description
- Execution of sales and marketing activities of the Marine Insurance products
- Taking an active role in business development and sales acquisitions
- Visiting potential customers
- Ensuring coordination of business processes within Aon sources
