QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in related departments of universities(Logistics or Industrial Engineering is a plus),
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related area,
- Working actively shift,
- Having experience in using SAP,
- Having experience in export operations,
- Having experience in storage and distribution is a plus,
- Knowledge of project management,
- Strong knowledge of Advanced in Microsoft Office programs (MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio, MS Planner, MS Powerpoint, etc.),
- General knowledge of AutoCAD,
- Have presentation skills,
- Have reporting skills,
- Will be able to carry out project and efficiency studies,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,

The position is located in Eskişehir.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Associate - Warehousing, who will join our team at Supply Chain Directorate
- Working actively in the field,
- Ensuring shipments and inventory transactions accuracy,
- Being responsible for occupational health and safety,
- Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance,
- Maintaining equipment and tracking,
- Analyzing of budget and tracking,
- Determining tracing and visualization methods of warehousing KPI's,
- Studying ergonomics and work safety analysis of warehouses, managing the improvement projects of probable risks, and designing the optimal work area structure,
- Making time studies with MTM or other time measurement methods in the warehouses, balancing work distribution, preparing operation plans and process flow charts,
- Realizing applications that will provide operational efficiency,
- Coordinating to shifts,
- Deploying best practices to all warehouses,
- Reporting storage indicators,
- Taking a role in projects and improvement works.
