QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in related departments of universities (Technical Departments & Logistics is a plus),
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications (MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio, MS Planner, MS Powerpoint, etc.),
- Knowledge of Process Flow, Value Stream Map, Agility, Lean Philosophy, Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation,
- General knowledge of 2D, 3D layouts in the preliminary design phase,
- Knowledge of data analytics (Python, R, Knime, etc.), data visualization (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and simulation (Plant Simulation, Arena, Simul8, etc.) tools,
- Having the willingness to study in mechanical design, preferably having experience in design tools (AutoCAD, NX, etc.),
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Having experience in warehousing, handling, inventory, shipping, logistics operations, and projects,
- No restriction for traveling,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,

The position is located in Arçelik Çayırova Campus.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Associate - Warehousing & Distribution who will work for Supply Chain Directorate.
- Preparing and reporting investment & operation budget,
- Managing investment projects & repair/maintenance activities in Turkey and abroad warehouses,
- Responsible for taking field actions related to occupational health & safety, environment, sustainability, 5S, TPM, etc.
- Keeping contracts & invoices of projects & activities under control,
- Analyzing, understanding, designing, standardizing, documenting, and digitalizing warehouses' work and data flow,
- Determining calculation technics of capacities, bottlenecks, and shortages of warehousing and distribution operations,
- Pursuing and executing efficiency increase and optimization projects in Turkey and abroad warehouses,
- Determining tracing and visualization methods of warehousing and distribution KPI's,
- Managing transformation and digitalization projects in Turkey and abroad warehouses,
- Studying feasibility and make/buy analysis of investment projects and business processes,
- Studying ergonomics analysis of warehouses, managing the improvement projects of probable risks, and designing the optimal work area structure,
- Making time studies with MTM or other time measurement methods in the warehouses, balancing work distribution, preparing operation plans and process flow charts.
- Simulating work processes and decision mechanisms, designing workflows accordingly,
- Deploying best practices to all warehouses.
