We are looking for a Auto Loan Product Development Manager, who will work in the Digital Banking Business Development Team and will be responsible for “Auto Loan”.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- If you are graduated from the relevant departments of a university,
- If you are experienced in Consumer Loan Product Management or Product
Development in the banking sector, (at least 4 years of experience is preferred) - If you are result oriented personality with strong planning skills,
- If you have strong analytical point of view and problem solving skills,
- If you are passionate about being successful by achieving reflecting customer
needs and behaviors to the processes, - If you want to make a difference and add value
- If you have a very good command of English,
- If you can use MS Office programs effectively,
- If you have completed military service (for male candidates)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Setting up new collaborations for Auto Loan in digital channels
- Devoloping, testing and implementing new digital channels
- Determining and executing marketing and communication strategy for Auto Loan
- Monitoring KPI metrics for Digital Banking Activies
- Performing various marketing activities through digital channel in order to increase credit volumes
- Conducting studies on deepening in customers in order to increase profitability
- Creating processes and taking marketing actions to win back customers
- Analyzing customers and making the right offer to the right customer
- Preparing and sharing the reports, analysis and presentations regarding Auto Loan products.
- Following the regulatory rules and needs related to loans and take necessary actions in all the channels
