QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical and Electric & Electronic Engineering
- 3- 5 years experience in Automation/Robotic application and fixture desing/manufacturing,
- Familliar with Technical drawings
- Knowledge in;
Sheet Metal production (Punching/Laser Cutting/Bending/Welding) and Assembly,
Off-line robotic programming and simulation
2D and 3D design (Autocad and Solid works)
Ergonomy, EHS
CE Certification
Collecting data from Machines and OEE system
- Fluent in both spoken and written English,
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all contacts,
- Experience with Microsoft Office Programs and Visual Basic Programming Language
- Must have analytical skills that identify root cause determination and drive problem solving,
- Ability to work effectively as a team member,
- Detail orientated, comfortable with multi task responsibilities,
- Living in Asian side of İstanbul.

Provide overall Lean Operational Excellence leadership and simplification support to the plant
- Feasibility studies fort he Automation projects
- Running Automation projects and fixture/equipment
- Preparing Equipment and Automation specifications
- Desinging equipments and fixtures for continuous improvement actions
- Coordinating the autoamtion projects and fixture/equipment design with the suppliers
- Production of fixture and equipments if required
- Support OEE and data collection projects
- Preparing parametric programming for the nesting software (nesting software arranges the required quantities of individual parts to be produced on plates or sheets of stock material in an automatic and efficient manner.)
