General Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (preferably Automation or Electrical & Electronics Engineering).
· Minimum 3 years of working experience in Production.
· Practical experience in working with PLCs, inverter drives, servo drives and pneumatic systems
· Practical knowledge of the principles of automated workplace design
· Knowledge of vision systems for quality assessment of products
· Welcoming experience in industrial process automation or as an integrator of automation systems
· Willing to work independently in a multinational, dynamic, business/ manufacturing environment
· TPM, 5S knowledge
· Experience for technical team manage
· Experience in project management will be a plus
· SAP knowledge is plus
· Very good command of English
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· No travel restrictions
Job Description:
· Design, construction, commissioning and testing of automated stations
· Creation and modification of existing technical documentation
· Following and reporting maintenance target
· Implementing planned maintenance
· Applying root-case analysis for breakdowns
· Creating and modifying existing PLC programs
· Development of technical specifications of new technological lines or their components in accordance with accepted standards
· Participation in the implementation of new products and processes
· Optimization of production processes in terms of product quality, process efficiency and cost reduction, safety and ergonomics
· Contacting with subcontractors and suppliers of devices used in the work place.
· Introducing improvements concerning Environment, Health and Safety principles in the work place.
