GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DEFINITION
Graduated from the Engineering Faculties of Universities
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management in the Automotive Industry
Good English writing, reading and speaking skills
Deep knowledge of quality system tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D. etc.)
Proficiency in the MS Office applications
Ability to keep up with intense working schedule
High written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer relationships
Ability to make presentations
Completed military service for male candidates
Ability to drive a car actively
No restrictions to travel inland and abroad
JOB DEFINITION
Follow up and manage the process of launching new and existing projects
Participate in feasibility studies
Work on customer demands and technical requirements of the suppliers in new projects
Lead and manage his/her team for the preparation of technical documentation, process preparations
Create project plans and follow them up through project meetings
Fulfill customer relationships and demands related to the projects
Execute internal and external change management
Ensure the transfer of projects to mass production
