QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualification;
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Experience on Bank, Finance and company takeover and merger
- Experience on M&A procedures
- Minimum of 10 years experience in law offices that provide consulting to corporate companies,
- Excellent command of English both verbal and written
- Having no obstacle for domestic and foreign travel
- For male candidates- Having completed military service
- Residing or being able to reside in İstanbul
Job Description;
- Examining the domestic and foreign trade, banking, finance and credit contracts of the company
- Following up and reporting the incompatibilities in these contracts
