Dünya ve Avrupa'nın Tüketici Finansmanı konusunda önde gelen gruplarından BNPP Personal Finance’ın Türkiye'deki ilişkili kuruluşu olan TEB Finansman A.Ş. 'nin, Genel Müdürlük kadrosunda çalışacak, aşağıdaki niteliklere sahip Avukat olarak çalışacak ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a lawyer to join our team and support our activities. The ideal candidate is required to have the following experience and skills:

• LL.B degree, LL.M. is an asset,
• 6+ years of legal experience in an international professional environment and/or a reputable law firm,
• Experience in the fields of litigation, financing law, consumer law, and insurance law in financial, banking and/or insurance sectors; experience in one or more of the fields of intellectual property and labor law is an asset,
• Ability to manage, provide consultancy on, supervise and report litigation and dispute resolution proceedings,
• Proficiency in spoken and written English,
• Good command of MS Office and UYAP,
• Strong follow-up on multi-tasks, ability to manage time effectively and prioritize,
• Proactive, driver, teamwork oriented,
• Business judgment in ambiguous situations with legal acumen,
• High ethics and professional integrity standards,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Military service completion is a must for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducting legal research, drafting reports and legal opinions,
• Following-up and supervising litigations, mediations, execution proceedings and other court proceedings,
• Following-up and drafting memos on changes in legislation and regulation,
• Supporting the business on corresponding with consumers, regulators and other third parties,
• Drafting and reviewing contracts of various types, partnering with business units for resolution of legal issues in execution of the contracts,
• Active involvement in Company’s fast developing projects.
