Carry out all required maintenance tasks IAW applicable maintenance manuals, company standards and procedures, and the competent aviation authority regulations.
Supervise mechanics in performing their duties.
Certifying all carried out tasks, and releasing to service aircrafts and components within the scope of held authorization.
Carry out all required paper work related to the assigned task including filling different forms and making parts requests etc.
Ensure that used test equipment and tools are serviceable, and are handled properly, also ensure equipment and tools are returned to their designated areas after use.
Ensure that all used manuals are handled properly, and are returned to their designated areas after use.
Follow Company issued publications such as MOE, Maintenance or Quality Department Instructions, other publications and internal memos.
Following safety procedures, and using available protective equipment.
Maintain good housekeeping within the mechanic premises, and working areas.
Carry out other related work as assigned by the Chief Certifying Staff.
Any other duties as required by Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
SHY-66 Category B1.3 license. (Type rating endorsement is NOT mandatory)
Recent experience of working within a helicopter maintenance environment.
Familiar with helicopter maintenance control and management systems.
Good understanding of Safety Systems both SMS and H&S.
Strong safety culture.
The ability to work alone or as part of or lead a small team.
