GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are currently looking for a B2B Sales Executiveto join our Nespresso team who will lead to acquire new customers in the strategic segment and/or evolve the business with existing customers in the assigned geographical territory to deliver agreed objectives/targets.

Location: İzmir

Main Responsibilities;

*Sustainable acquisition

Aligned with the sales field plan, identify sales opportunities within designated territory

Identify and contact prospects using diverse methods and tools (cold calling/visit, social media, events...)

Acquire new customers by following the Nespresso B2B Office/HORECA guidelines

Use of CRM sytem to manage leads

Liaise with B2B Sales Support and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of lead management activities

*Customer lifecycle management (existing customer development)

Increase business with existing customers / maximize penetration rate in a customer (share of throat)

Use of CRM sytem to grow / maintain existing customers

Provide market intelligence to the sales team

Liaise with B2B Sales Support and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of customer lifecycle management

*Customer/Market knowledge and best practices

Analyze and know the market, its developments and foresee future trends in collaboration with the local Marketing team

For the related segment and strategic segments, understanding of customers and end-consumers into actions that allow growth and expansion

Leverage this know-how to the market and to the HQ. (Best practice sharing)

*Cascade information collected during (inter)national conventions and meetings to the team

Monitor and report all competitive activities and share it with marketing dpt

Challenge areas of improvement supported by concrete action plans (best practices implementation)

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;


  • At least 5 years in B2B (direct sales) environment, a minimum of 3 years demonstrated commercial HORECA experience
  • negotiation experience
  • Experience in managing customers
  • Demonstrated success in previous sales roles
  • Experience in marketing is an asset
