GENEL NİTELİKLER

As an industry leading Turkish company, Dardanel Group of Companies is engaged in the production and marketing of canned tuna and other canned fish, frozen seafood, fish flour, frozen pastry, frozen ready-made food products and pet food since 1984 in Turkey, we seek for an "Maintenance Manager" to be employed in the Niyazi Önen Gıda production facilities located in Canakkale.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

To apply for this position, applicants should also have the following qualifications/skills:

· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering,

· Minimum 15 years of experience in the field of Maintenance/Repair in the Food industry, minimum 10 years of experience in team management is preferred,

· Ability to manage the team in line with the targets and to coordinate the maintenance processes in the area he/she is responsible for,

· Having strategic decision-making, strong communication skills, problem-solving and leadership skills,

· Having a proven knowledge about the legislation on Occupational Safety and Environment,

· Ability to work under pressure and time constraints,

· Residing or willingness and ability to reside in Çanakkale.

JOB DEFINITION

· To ensure that the maintenance-repair works to be made for the production are carried out in accordance with the procedures and instructions,

· To ensure that the facilities, installations, machinery and equipment under his/her responsibility are used and maintained in an economical and efficient manner,

· To perform and report the preventive maintenance activities,

· To prepare, implement and enforce the preventive maintenance instructions,

· To ensure the management and administration of his/her personnel,

· To participate in planned and preventive maintenance activities together with the technical maintenance team,

· To coordinate the procurement of materials and services for maintenance activities,

· To determine of spare part stock levels,

· To ensure the preparation of technical specifications for material and service procurement,

· To ensure the operation of boilers, generators, treatment plants and other similar auxiliary facilities that are within the scope of the task,
