GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
To apply for this position, applicants should also have the following qualifications/skills:
· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering,
· Minimum 15 years of experience in the field of Maintenance/Repair in the Food industry, minimum 10 years of experience in team management is preferred,
· Ability to manage the team in line with the targets and to coordinate the maintenance processes in the area he/she is responsible for,
· Having strategic decision-making, strong communication skills, problem-solving and leadership skills,
· Having a proven knowledge about the legislation on Occupational Safety and Environment,
· Ability to work under pressure and time constraints,
· Residing or willingness and ability to reside in Çanakkale.
JOB DEFINITION
· To ensure that the maintenance-repair works to be made for the production are carried out in accordance with the procedures and instructions,
· To ensure that the facilities, installations, machinery and equipment under his/her responsibility are used and maintained in an economical and efficient manner,
· To perform and report the preventive maintenance activities,
· To prepare, implement and enforce the preventive maintenance instructions,
· To ensure the management and administration of his/her personnel,
· To participate in planned and preventive maintenance activities together with the technical maintenance team,
· To coordinate the procurement of materials and services for maintenance activities,
· To determine of spare part stock levels,
· To ensure the preparation of technical specifications for material and service procurement.
· To ensure the operation of boilers, generators, treatment plants and other similar auxiliary facilities that are within the scope of the task,
