QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual who has both excellent Bar Service skills and is experienced with employee management.
- Have 3 or more years of Hotel Bar Management experience and brand experience preferred,
- Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards,
- Have strong stock and financial understanding,
- Switched on and passionate individual,
- Great spirits and cocktail knowledge,
- Team leading skills and an exceptional communicator,
- Ability to manage and motivate your team.
This position will report and support to the Asst. Food and Beverage Manager and Food and Beverage Manager
