Diploma or degree in business management or tourism related field would be an asset,

5 years’ experience in the direction and management of employees and the overall knowledge of food and beverage outlet operations,

Excellent command of written and spoken English is required,

Excellent command of MS Office applications,

Imagination and creativity to develop new cocktails and market F&B,

Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting,

Previous profit and loss experience essential,
