QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Barman - Barmaid who must have;
- Minimum 2 year experience in a 5 star hotel in similar position,
- Good international and local beverage knowledge and cocktail preparation skills,
- Fluency in English,
- Other language skills an advantage,
- Building teamwork spirit,
- Good Interpersonal Skills.
İŞ TANIMI
- Demonstrates good product knowledge of all food, beverage products
- Supports the day-to-day operation of the outlet
- Ensures the set-up and clearance is done according to set standard.
- Communicate with the guest according to the standards set by D Maris Bay,
- Serving food and beverage items and ensuring prompt service,
- Follow up on billing and checking procedures,
- Co-ordinate and assist the clearing of the bar and stations,
- Ensure that the supervisor on duty is kept informed of all guest comments and complaints,
- Attend communication meeting, briefings and training sessions as scheduled,
- To keep uniform neat and clean and ensure good personal grooming and hygiene in accordance to the standards of D Maris Bay.
