QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Faculty
- Fluency in English, Turkish is required

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create demand of targeted products with sales and marketing activities in align with CS strategies ( 1-1 visits,farmer meetings,field days,agroarena,demo trials)
- Spend % 60 of time at grower level and % 40 at point of sales(sales channels) ( retailors,cooperatives and private farmer unions)
- Plan all sales activities to achieve defined sales budget with well prepared grower and sales(pos) accounting plans through utilizitaion of CRM/CIP system
- Execution of the campaign through key stakeholders by providing high level of value proposition
- Track all demo trials into defined system(TMT)
- Follow-up order to delivery process and the inventory at the channel
- Follow and track customer complaints coordination with market development department
- Provide and update market potential and intelligence for the commercial success of the business and share with relevant departments
- Build strong relationship with officials and agricultural associations&unions
- Prepare monthly reports to DSM with requested data
