We are now looking for Managers & Asistant Managers to join our Audit team.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related departments,
- At least 5-6 years of Audit experience,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Professional accountancy qualification is plus,
- Sound knowledge of International Auditing standards, practices and methodologies,
- Good knowledge of IFRS, TFRS and other GAAPs, compliance with and understanding of regulatory requirements,
- Problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
- Communication, presentation and influencing skills, compliance with ethical principles,
- Ability to develop operating policies and procedures based on business needs,
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate both with clients and colleagues,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning and executing audit engagements
- Making decisions of audit findings and relaying those findings to the Partner
- Consider problems as a challenge, collect information relevant to the problem, be disciplined in ascertaining the root cause, identify and develop a practical solution, communicate the findings and implement action to resolve the problem,
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with BDO clients
- Develop and provide training on-the-job training to the audit team.
