QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
TO BE ASSIGNED IN OUR BEAUTY CENTER:
- At least 5 years of experience; and speaks minimum 3 languages Turkish, English and Russian. ( Turkish and Russian most important)
- You can handle a team of +- 10
- You are flexible and can handle stress
- You can sell good
- You know the beauty industry
- You have a car or other transportation
- You have the capacity to give sales trainings and any other kind of trainings regarding the beauty center ( product selling )
- You can work independent,
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing the working schedule and work
- Planning and goal-setting for furture periods
- Analyse turnover with statistics
- Control of kassa and raports
- Weekly team meetings
- Daily briefing with the owners
- Hiring and staffing
- Training new employees
- Dealing with the performance problems and terminations
- Supporting problem resolution and decision making
- Conducting time performance evaluations
- Monitoring and controling expenses and budgets
