Now, we are hiring Bellmen to join us in Bodrum.
Core Activities
· To handle guests’ luggage upon their arrival and departure, orientate guests to their rooms
· To make sure all requests are achieved ethically and to accept standards of the hotel
· To fulfil all guest requests in regards to all matters.
· To provide delivery, collection and storage service for in-house guests’ luggage and mail.
· To proceed valet park service of cars for all guests when necessary.
· To be aware of and abide by all hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislation
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Warm and caring personality; previous bell attendant experience is an asset.
· Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
· Excellent organizational skills and time management
· Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
· Working proficiency in English language
