- Minimum 10 years experience in relevant field
- Graduated from engineering
- Advanced level of English both writing and speaking
- Policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less).
- Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
- Know how in mineral processing and kilning
- Know how in blending for kilning feeding
- Experience with rotary machine parts ideally experience as Process Engineer
- Open to travel
- Living in Eskişehir or willing to relocate.
About the job
Positions in this sub job family are responsible for managing production to optimize the use of resources and meet production schedules and standards including:
- Developing and implementing production schedules to ensure the effective use of labor,tools,plant and equipment and to coordinate production output with inventory requirements;
- Estimating resource requirements
- Analyzing production and operational data
- Matching the organization's resources with demand to maximize output and minimize production costs.
- Direct-directly and clearly influence and control the course of action that determines the achievement of results and overall performance
- Leadership responsibility for 160 employees
