Energy is YEO`s core business. Over the years, renewable energy has become the primary focal point. Renewable energy projects range from solar, wind, biogas/biomass, hydro, and geothermal electricity production. As far as power plants are concerned, YEO’s turnkey projects include engineering, works management, civil works, high voltage lines, substations, medium voltage networks and processing centres, and their subsequent commissioning.
We are looking for a 'BESS Project Engineer' to join us.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires BS degree or higher in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, or other technical departments.
- Electrical design experience in Renewable Energy Power plants (Solar and/or Wind).
- Knowledge and understanding of international standards (IEC, EN, IEEE, etc.), local regulations and utility standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Knowledge and understanding of Solar Inverters and preferably other power electronics systems (Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Active Harmonic Filters, EV Charging Stations, … etc.)
- Preferably experienced in Battery Technologies (Lithium Ion, AGM, VRLA, etc.), Battery Management Systems.
- Preferably knowledge in 3D design tools.
- Curious and eager to learn latest technologies, products and optimized solutions.
