About The Role
Coinoxs is looking for an IT Specialist to join the IT team at our Nişantaşı office. In this role, you will support our internal teams with SaaS systems, hardware, AV, network, and other peripherals. You will be a primary point of contact for IT-related things in our Nişantaşı office and be responsible for the provisioning of hardware and software to new and existing employees.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an IT support role
- Experience in managing system of 30+ people
- Windows Server 2019 systems management and setup (AD, DNS, GPO etc.)
- Windows 10 system setup and management
- Experience in LAN,WAN TCP/IP,DNS,FTP,HTTPS
- Knowledgeable on MS Excel (functions or VB macros), MS Word, MS Outlook
- Knowledgeable on network devices, routers, switches(managed, unmanaged),VPN etc.
- Knowledgeable in computer repair, maintenance and environment creation
- Cabling (Wiring to patch panel or sockets, Attaching Jug, etc.)
- MCSA or MCSE certified
Nice To Haves
- VMWare veya Hyper-V vb.
- VPN, Firewall , Access Point
- Backup operations
- Knowledgeable in backup operations, wireless routers
- English (Medium Level)
Responsibilities
- Serve as Tier1 support for all hardware and software requests and resolve the requests within the established SLA or escalate as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end point hardware, software, network, AV, and other device issues by running diagnostics and documenting problems and resolutions.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and maintenance
- Procure and deploy Mac and Windows devices.
- Create high-quality documentation of processes and policies for IT staff and other employees.
- Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced environment.
