QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
IT systems specialists maintain head office and retail shops IT environment, such as computer hardware, software, network and related systems. They are also responsible for implementing security protocols.
IT systems specialists will setup shops, office and user devices such as Laptops, handheld devices and printers. Continuously monitor and implement solutions to IT related issues, system administration problems and application errors.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree from universities related area,
· Good command of written and spoken English (position will have close contacts with global partners),
· Excellent interpersonal skills,
· 3+ years of IT experience, (Retail sector experience is preferred)
· Customer oriented,
· Support open communication and feedback culture,
· Experience on Microsoft Office 365 advanced applications such as, Power automate, Power apps and Power BI is highly preferred.
Responsibilities :
· Support Retail shops for the IT problems mostly related with connection and hardware problems,
· Install, manage and maintain hardware and software throughout the organization, resolving problems where necessary
· Respond user's requests regarding computer software or hardware problems and walk users through ways to resolve the problem,
· Participating in and perform all IT related audits and track the corrective actions for all IT risks and audit findings,
· Design and document all security measures and standards for all computer software and hardware
· Provide technical support, training, and direction to staff to ensure effective use of systems
· Work closely with Global Team to establish, maintain, secure and upgrade network.
· Experience or understanding of security principles on application software development lifecycle,
· Technical knowledge and experience for security, network, server & storage environment.
