QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Bachelor's or higher Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering from a reputable university,
· 8+ years of professional experience in Information Technology Management Office roles,
· Deep knowledge of the IT business and its strategy, operations, business processes, and IT systems,
· Direct, hands-on experience with automated software management tools,
· Project management experience in ERP & CRM projects,
· Good communication skills in English.
· Lead IT projects, including design and deployment of new IT systems and services,
· Maintain IT operations, including servers, network, applications, databases, laptops, desktops, software and hardware,
· Manage IT team with responsibilities for local IT infrastructure, business application and communication systems,
· Communicate technology strategy to partners,
· Handle budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
