I.T Help Desk Specialist
Küçükçekmece ve Fatih'te yer alan okullarımız çalışmak üzere IT Help Desk Sorumlusu / Uzman yardımcısı aramaktayız.
We are looking for a teammate to work as a I.T Help Desk Support Specialist in our schools. The primary role of the I.T. Support Officer is to make sure the I.T. infrastructure is fine, running smoothly, secured and make sure that the users get the aid on time in case they need.
İş Tanımı - Task Requirements
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
- Optimizing the system usage, data saving, file and printer sharing,
- Logging the queries of customers and employees.
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Aranan Nitelikler - Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or relevant majors
- Being able to keep up with the new trends and technology.
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
- Advanced MS Office Skills.
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Basic Knowledge in programming, database management, active directory, routing, TCP/IP, Lan protocols etc.
- General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management
- Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.
- Ability deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile
