GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Technical degree (engineering) preferred or equivalent years of highly technical experience,
- 3+ years of experience in blade of wind turbines,
- Advance English language proficiency for understanding documentation and basic communication Ability to demonstrate basic industrial safety practices,
- Strong communication and organisation skills,
- Proactive, looking for solutions, Teamwork, Internal and External customer high quality response.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Support blades maintenance processes, including inspection, preventive and corrective activities,
- Collaborate with Blades Technology dept. on assessing the complexity of the repair and determining reparation processes,
- Performing onsite repairs according to internal maintenance procedures,
- Confirm process control and reporting from site,
- Executing actions as directed by either written and/or verbal instructions,
- Champion safety processes on site including providing recommendations management regarding safety issues,
- Strong Customer facing skills with the acumen to identify complex inquiries in order to direct them to a customer relation engineer.
