GENEL NİTELİKLER

Position : Sales Manager

Location : Ankara, Turkey

Reporting to : Regional Director

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Mechanical, Engineering or BA are preferred.

· Min 8 years of Experience in heavy construction equipment sales preferably in Crushing and Screening market.

· Fluent oral language skills in English and excellent command of written & spoken Turkish to communicate effectively with management and customers.

· MS Office and PC skill is a must.

· Ability to read and understand technical repair manuals and service literature, and utilize them to diagnose and repair equipment.

· Self-motivated personality with good communication skills and the ability to develop and deliver training to individuals and groups

· Technical problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills

· Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for domestic and international traveling.

· Completion of military service for male candidates.

· Driving license

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified Sales Manager who is driven, results oriented, and a positive team player to join our growing team to support our Ankara & Istanbul , Turkey location. The Sales manager will report directly to the Regional Sales Director. Candidate must reside in Ankara and will be responsible for the Sales Activities in Turkey, Central Asia, North Africa and Middle Eastern region.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· Managing dealers / customers relations/end user technical and on the process of the equipment.

· Generating leads.

· Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

· Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

· Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

· Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

· Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

· Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

· Understanding and promoting company programs.

· Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

· Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

· Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

· Maintaining client records.

· Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

· Normal working hours are approximately 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, M-F, however, customer support needs will necessitate longer working days, overnight travel, as well as weekend work when required.

· Provide the necessary and timely commitments to ensure company success.

· Other duties as assigned.
