QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3-4+ years of professional sales experience in preferably related industry and designated region,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, preferably second in Arabic,
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering required,
  • Knowledge and experience on providing excellent customer service,
  • Proven record of sales acvhievement,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Self-starter, problem solver and result oriented,
  • Technically inclined,
  • Being a team player,
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent computer skills,
  • Military service should be completed for male candidates,
  • Having a valid driving license & no obstacles for traveling,
  • Preferably lives in Asian Part of Istanbul,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for direction and management of overseas sales and service activities at the assigned area,
  • Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new product lines and customers,
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting market potential for the territory,
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price,
  • Keep current with market supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors,
  • Oversee and manage all export related activities in accordance with company policy and procedure,
  • Provide revenue growth in assigned sales region,
  • Explore and resolve customer complaints on sales, service and other operational issues,
  • Follow up service performance and develop recommendation for improvement,
  • Report to senior business managers on a timely basis,
