Job Description


We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Bosch Car Service Country Concept Manager at Automotive Aftermarket Sales Department.

Your contribution to something big:

• Responsible for Country Concept Management of Bosch Car Service (BCS) network
• Network planning of workshops per country in the region
• Country concept marketing budget planning
• BCS quality concept set-up & quality assessments planning & follow up
• Coordinate implementation of customer surveys in B2B & B2C (CSI, NPS) on a regular base
• Support BCS acquisitions thru market specific campaigns
• Roll out new services for BCS network: determine best possible business models, set service pricing strategy and roll-out service packages into the network
• Planning and coordination of events/activities (BCS Conventions, Committee meeting, etc.)
• Requirement analysis to promote the concept effectively and execution of action plans. Support it thru concept catalogs, presentations, checklists etc..
• Follow up BCS contracting process: revise/update content of BCS contract based on country-specific regulations and market requirements as well as centrally prepared new contracts
• Deployment of Bosch Service Excellence program to BCS network
• Coordination of technical support concept to BCS partners
• Develop and improve VAS (Value Added Services) for BCS network
• Cooperate with regional communication team to improve BCS brand awareness
• Cooperate with Bosch central teams in headquarter as well as local teams to follow up and improve concept related projects


Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

• Structured and independent working style along with the intrinsic motivation to make things happen
• More than 5 years experience in the automotive aftermarket business (preferred IAM WS chain business)
• Rich experience in IAM (Independent Aftermarket) product and workshop services management; Solid understanding of workshop processes; Basic understanding of automotive technologies, vehicle diagnosis and awareness of future trends
• Deep understanding of workshop management processes and IAM route-to-market models
• Firm affinity to digital transformation within workshop management
• Strong verbal and written negotiation skills in English and Turkish. German is an asset
• Bachelor's, or Master's Degree with engineering or business background. MBA is an asset
• High analytical thinking ability
• Excellent level of IT tools usage skills (SAP, MS Office applications,..)
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good presentation skills and persuasive communication
• Ability to travel and have a valid driving license
