QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for experienced Hotel General Manager for our newly renovated boutique hotel PERGE HOTEL in Antalya.

Blended with historical and mystical touch of the Mediterranean region, located in Perge Bay, heart of Antalya, pearl of Mediterranean, PERGE HOTEL has been created by mixing Mediterranean roots with modern life in many areas from design to kitchen, from art to architecture.

The Hotel General Manager will have a wide range of responsibilities including: Managing the professional day to day operation of the hotel ensuring customers are delighted with the hotel's service, company standards are met and delivered consistently and ensuring budgeted profitability is achieved.



Required Qualifications:

5 Years of previous experience as General Manager with Boutique hotels,

Proven experience in leading, motivating and developing Managers and Team Members to achieve their potential,

Superior interpersonal and communications skills including exemplary written and oral communications skills,

Impeccable attention to detail and sense of urgency in delivering exceptional customer service,

Display professional conduct, sound judgment, the highest level of professional integrity, and a strong work ethic,

Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals,

Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights.


Education & Experience

4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major,

Excellent Command of English,

Knowledge of second foreign language would be an asset,

5 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area.

Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience in a boutique hotel,

Should possess a strong knowledge of food & beverage.
