Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer, Mechatronic, Electric Electronic Engineering
- Knowledge in the painting process as well as in the plant engineering (robotic technology is the advantage)
- High social skills, teamwork, and communication
- Analytical thinking, knowledge in time management and work management
- Very good knowledge of English, (German knowledge is the advantage)
- Ability to work independently, high readiness
- Flexibility, reliability, organizational ability
Job Description
- Tracking of production-related topics regarding safety, quality, economic, environmental systems in paint shop.
- Performing vulnerability analyzes and initiating the measures, as well as inspecting their effectiveness.
- Working on increasing of effectiveness and quality standards of paint shop processes and coordination of process chancing with all related department.
- Systematically analyzing problems, proposing measures (such as prevention, tact time, constructive changes at facilities) or coordinating implementation, with subsequent monitoring of success.
- Designing concepts and processes, preparing, carrying out and evaluating operating trials.
- Creating production documents and ensuring the necessary documentation of critical production parameters.
- Support and implementation of TOS+ and lean production methods and qualification measures
